Appointments
Our office is organized on an appointment system. We will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you, and we will always make room for urgent problems. We do ask that you let us know, preferable 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Emergency Calls
Emergency calls are answered 24 hours per day. Just call our office number (214) 941-7200. After hours, you call will be received by the answering service which will immediately contact the doctor in our office who is on call. If you have an extreme emergency, please go directly to the nearest emergency room. The doctor on call can be notified after your arrival.
Fees - Insurance
The payment policies of our practice are designed to make the financial arrangments as simple as possible. Payment for services is expected at each visit by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Participating insurance plans will be filed. If you are insured by a non-participating plan, payment is due at the time of service. You will receive an itemized statement to submit to your carrier for reimbursement. For obstetrical patients, financial arrangements will be made in advance on an individual basis. This allows you to plan for the expenses and spread the payments over a period of time.
